Traveling west on I-82 from the Tri-Cities, take exit no. 82.  Turn left at end of exit ramp and left again on Highway 221 (Paterson) and Highway 22 (Mabton),  heading west as it winds around Prosser.

Approximately one mile west of Prosser, turn from Highway 22 onto Richards Road.  On your left you will see a Drake Land Company (Drake Ridge Estates) sign.
